Purchase Policy
To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following purchase policy applies to all services and products purchased through MedBeauty Aesthetics.
All Sales Are Final
No refunds will be issued on services, treatment packages, promotional purchases, memberships, gift cards, products, or prepaid balances.
All Products Are Final Sale
Opened, unopened, used, or unused retail products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Promotional Purchases Are Non-Transferable
Promotional purchases must be used only for the specific service purchased. Promotional services cannot be exchanged for another treatment, converted into account credit, or substituted for a different service.
Purchases May Not Be Split Between Individuals
All services, treatment packages, and promotional offers are intended for use by the original purchaser only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Neurotoxin Promotional Purchases
Neurotoxin promotional purchases must be redeemed in their purchased increments. For example, 50-unit promotional purchases must be used as a single 50-unit treatment and cannot be divided into multiple visits or shared with another individual.
Dermal Filler Syringes
Dermal filler syringes may not be split between appointments. Each syringe is intended for use during a single treatment session and cannot be divided, banked, or carried over to future appointments.
Expiration of Unused Promotions
Unused promotional services expire according to the expiration date listed at the time of purchase. Expired promotions have no cash value and cannot be extended unless required by law.
Pricing & Offer Changes
Prices, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
