MedBeauty was built on a belief that most people have had the wrong experience at a med spa: rushed consultations, generic protocols, and results that don't quite look right. We built something different in Saline, Michigan.
The Person Behind the Practice
Diana didn't arrive at medical aesthetics through a short certification course. She came to it through two decades of clinical nursing, hands-on patient care, and a genuine curiosity about why some people age beautifully and others don't — and what medicine can do to help.
She started her career in clinical healthcare, where she developed the foundation that still guides every treatment she performs: assess thoroughly, educate honestly, and treat conservatively. Those aren't aesthetic principles. They're nursing principles — and they translate perfectly to a field where the difference between a great result and a bad one comes down to judgment and restraint.
Over 20 years, Diana built deep expertise in neurotoxin injection technique, dermal filler placement, RF microneedling, laser modalities, and medical-grade skincare. She has trained with some of the leading names in medical aesthetics, pursued continuing education relentlessly, and maintained her Michigan nursing license throughout — because operating under a medical standard matters.
The decision to open MedBeauty Aesthetics in Saline came from a simple observation: the Ann Arbor area deserved an aesthetics provider who ran a practice the way a good clinician runs a clinic. Not a high-volume production line. Not a franchise selling packages. A real relationship between provider and patient, built on trust and honest results.
