Appointments & Bookings– a credit card is mandatory on file to book any appointment, this is to ensure our practitioners time and allotment for your appointment

Cancellations- Less than 48 hour cancellations and no call no shows will be charged at full service value for all facial and waxing services, a $150 fee will be charged to all injectable, laser, and massage services. 3 cancellations in a row will require the next service to be paid for ahead of time. Promotional purchases paid for ahead of time will be charged at the rate the service was purchased for in the event of a no call no show

Consents- Medical procedures and programs all are medical legal services that require consent and acknowledgement of risks and side effects prior to their treatment

Virtual Consults/quarterly virtual consults– Require full payment at the time of booking and before the virtual meeting will be conducted

Release of information– Medical release and sharing of information requires legal consent and must be picked up in our offices in person
